depending on the application you fill out. The Privacy

1. Who We Are. YourLoanChoice.com is the leading
online marketplace that helps you locate a lender,
insurance agent or credit counselor who can help
meet your needs. There are more than 1000 participating
Lenders, hundreds of insurance agents and several
dedicated credit counselors on the YourLoanChoice.com
network.
2. Information We Collect. There are several areas
on a YourLoanChoice.com site where you may be
asked to enter both personal and non-personal information.
We DO NOT sell or share any personal information
about you to or with any person or organization
except: as authorized by you, to participating lenders,
insurance agents, or credit counselors, or as may
be required by law or court order.
• Information we receive from you on qualification
forms. When you come to a YourLoanChoice.com site
to complete a qualification form you'll need to
provide personal and financial information such
as your name, phone number, e-mail address, income
and other financial information depending upon whether
your requesting help with a home loan, insurance
or debt consolidation.
• Information collected from the "Calculators"
section of our site. YourLoanChoice.com makes several
resources available to you to help you complete
a qualification form. One of these resources is
the "Calculators" section of our site.
We do not collect any personal data you may input
into to any calculators on our site.
3. How your information is used. We use the information
you provide on your qualification form to match
you with up to a participating lender, insurance
agent, or credit counselor.
•Sharing information with our participating
lenders, insurance agents, or credit counselors.
At your direction (when you click on the "Submit"
button), the information that you provide to us
on the qualification form will be sent through the
YourLoanChoice.com system and presented to only
one of our participating lenders, insurance agents,
or credit counselors who offer the types of products
(refinance loan, health insurance etc.) you have
identified. We recommend that you contact them directly
for more information about their specific privacy
policies.
•Sharing information with third parties.
We do not share any of your information with third
parties.
4. Altering Information You submit Through a YourLoanChoice.com Web Site.
• Changing your information. You have the
ability to change or alter your information before
you press the submit button. Once your information
is submitted it will be provided to the participating
lender, insurance agent, or credit counselor depending
on the form you filled out. You may contact these
people directly to issue any changes to your information.
• Security. YourLoanChoice.com sites have
security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our
control.
If we make a change to our Privacy Policy in the
future that will affect how we treat your information,
we will notify you of the change. In that case,
your ability to opt out of the new policy will be
determined by applicable laws and we will include
that information in our notification. If the change
impacts how we use your information, we will notify
you even if you have requested that we not contact
you.
OPT-OUT
YourLoanChoice.com provides users the ability to opt-out of receiving any communication from us or any of our affiliate companies. Any users that wish to be removed from any communication must email info@yourloanchoice.com and request to be removed. Please allow up to 10 days for complete removal.
